Once an order is successfully placed, cancellations are not possible under any circumstances.

Refund & Return Policy

⚠️ Important Notice

Please record a complete unboxing/unpacking video while opening your package.
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return, exchange, or damage claims.

All products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

  • Wrong product was delivered (rare cases)

If You Receive a Damaged or Defective Product

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share the following details with us:

  • Clear images/videos of the damaged product

  • Complete unboxing video

Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • A return pickup may be arranged based on availability

  • Kindly repack the product carefully in its original packaging

  • Keep the product ready for pickup or shipment

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A replacement will be processed if applicable

  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–12 business days

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Unboxing video is mandatory

  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation may be required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Used or tampered products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products without unboxing video proof

  • Products reported after the allowed timeframe

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping

You may be required to send the product to the following address if pickup service is unavailable:

Customers are responsible for safe packaging of returned products. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as we are not responsible for products damaged or lost during return transit.

Refunds/replacements will only be processed after successful inspection of the returned item.

International Orders

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments.

However, in exceptional cases where the product is severely damaged beyond repair, a return request may be considered. In such cases:

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer

  • Refund/replacement will be processed only after inspection and approval by our team
